Why me?
I know what it’s like to struggle, because I’ve been there. From generalized anxiety disorder, navigating a lineage of addiction, low self worth, health issues, and losing my brother to an overdose, life was not easy.
My brother’s death catalyzed a profound healing journey for me. I recognized that I was living out of alignment, putting everyone’s needs before my own, to the point of burnout. I got a chronic autoimmune condition and was living on a cocktail of daily meds.
I decided to leave my successful career, sell my home, and take a year long solo journey around the world. Death and travel have been two of my greatest teachers. Thus began my heroes journey, a profound awakening where along the way I learned from incredible teachers, healers, plant allies and went down all kinds of rabbit holes and studied numerous healing modalities.
I was guided to explore the realms of psychology, quantum physics, neuroscience, and ancient wisdom. I synthesized the practices, principles and insights into a potent psycho-spiritual framework which I’ve now taught in 18 countries and shared with students in 50+ countries. I am passionate about empowering others to liberate themselves from limitations, tap into their innate potential, and create extraordinary lives, taking them into profound healing and the realization of their true purpose.
